Flow of a Process Group Session

1 | Check-In

Using a unique check-in sheet with prompts and identifiers, members take 5 minutes to describe their month. This practical exercise teaches emotional vocabulary, vulnerability and how to communicate concisely.

2 | Learn

Each meeting features a different topic with handouts, exercises and references. Learn about boundaries, conflict, grief, attachment, integration and more.

3 | Process

An invitation to vulnerably engage with yourself and group members, process time is a safe, encouraging and challenging environment for members to unpack confusion, celebrate personal wins, express uncomfortable emotions like anger or grief, and seek advice or accountability as each member works towards their stretch goals.

4 | Reflect

Lastly,  time is given to reflect on the session, journal and share what impacted you the most.
